16/08/14 - Lochee lose out despite early lead...
Lochee United lost their third Super League in a row when they went down 5-1 at Thomson Park to visitors Linlithgow Rose today.
Despite the Bluebells taking a very early lead via a terrific Scott Gates effort, Lochee went in a halftime trailing 2-1 to their visitors.
A further three goals in the second half, with the final two in the last few minutes of the game saw off Lochee as the Rose wrapped up the three points.

Lochee United welcome last seasons Super League runners up, Linlithgow Rose to Thomson Park this Saturday in a league fixture.
Having lost their opening two league games to Carnoustie Panmure and Newtongrange Star, the Bluebells will be hoping for third time lucky and take the points on offer as the Rose come calling.

Lochee United, holders of the GA Cup, have been drawn away from home and will face Forfar Albion in the preliminary round of this seasons competition.
Should the Bluebells progress and defeat their hosts they will meet Scone Thistle at Thomson Park in the first round proper.

Lochee United will be looking to bounce back this Saturday as they travel to face Newtongrange Star at New Victoria Park in their next Super League fixture.

With the Bluebells putting in a very poor performance at home on Wednesday against local rivals Carnoustie, they will have to step up a few gears if they are to bring home the points against a side who started well in midweek with a 3-0 win away from home against newly promoted side Penicuik Athletic.

06/08/14 - Lochee lose opening fixture...
Lochee Uniteds opening league fixture in their 2014/15 Super League campaign ended in defeat as they went down 2-1 to local rivals Carnoustie Panmure at Thomson Park.
Trailing to a late first half strike, Lochee fought back and equalized late in the game via Jon Voigt only for the visitors to snatch a late winner in injury time.
