Lochee United have received a bye in the first round of the Scottish Junior Cup. The draw took place at Hampden Park earlier this evening.

The draw for the GA Cup was made on Sunday with Lochee United being drawn to play Scone Thistle away from home.

Lochee United had to work hard against a very competent Haddington Athletic side. Going in at halftime 1-0 after Greg Kirk headed home from a Birse free kick.

Second half the Bluebells created many chances but it took a penalty 8 minutes from time to secure the points. Scott McComiskie was brought down then stepped up to take the kick. He struck it well but the keeper managed to parry it only for Scott to hit the rebound into the net and s...

Lochee United face Haddington Athletic at Thomson Park on Saturday in an East Region Premier league fixture.

Our visitors were promoted from the South League and have started the season well with two wins a draw and one loss gaining seven points in the process.

No easy games in this league the Bluebells will have to keep up their performance level to take anything from the game.
